Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FieldForce mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by Tasch LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FieldForce is a mobile application designed for construction field workers and their employers. The Service provides time tracking, daily logging, photo documentation, task management, tool tracking, and related field operations functionality.

3. User Accounts

Your account is created by your employer (the company that subscribes to the Service). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify your employer immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — managing field operations for your employer. You agree not to:

The Service collects GPS location data when you clock in and clock out. This is used to verify job site attendance. By using the clock in/out feature, you consent to this location data collection. Location is only captured at the moment of clock in/out — the app does not continuously track your location.

6. SMS Communications

By using the Service, you may receive SMS messages including clock-out reminders and other work-related notifications. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS by texting STOP at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tasch LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data Ownership

Work data you submit through the Service (daily logs, photos, time records) is owned by your employer. Your employer controls access to and retention of this data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tasch LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

Your access to the Service may be terminated by your employer at any time. We may also terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
